Roller Skating is a really fun way to get active and get fit. I do it all the time! First of all, you must understand that everybody gets hurt (even me!) and that nobody is perfect. But you can get really close if you practice, practice, and, guess what, more practice!

Awesome!! Now let's go skating! I like skating because it's a way you can hang out with your friends. Instead of sitting around the TV, go do something healthy, like going Roller- Skating. Also, if you're feeling bored and don't know what to do, go put on your skates and have fun. You can learn how to skate by taking classes or learning by a friend.
